● Collaborated on the first-time user experience (FTUX) for Discover customers migrating into the Capital One ecosystem.
● Partnered with the User Research team to identify key insights and behaviors of checkings and savings users to better support a smooth transition.
● Led the next-time user experience (NTUX) flow, enabling 600K checking account users to reconnect previously disconnected features post-migration including Bill Pay and Autopay.
● Designed a clear, consolidated list of migrated accounts with recognizable naming and intuitive entry points to connect previous Discover accounts with new Capital One accounts to help build confidence.
● Designed a “mudflap” confirmation pattern that anchors users to their previous account, reinforcing the mental model of a successful migration.
● Aligned closely with the Card team to ensure UX consistency and cohesive brand expression across products.
● Contributed 25% capacity as a Product Designer supporting the Rotating Categories team to support CashBack benefits.
● Partnered with product managers to improve comprehension of customer monthly benefits by designing screens that tested activation placement, benefit clarity, and visibility across upcoming and previously activated months.
● Led design reviews with engineering, providing feedback on spacing, color, and component usage
● Explored and refined new component variations in collaboration with the Gravity team, who partner closely to ensure optimal use of the design system, improving activation of key monthly features.

● Served as the sole UX designer, leading the end-to-end redesign of the Ship Sticks platform, from discovery and research through high-fidelity design and delivery.

● Designed and maintained Figma-based design systems, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate interaction patterns and guide team understanding

● Collaborated with my client, US Bank, to work on their responsive web product for their foreign exchange trading platform.
● Developed an internal design system to enhance the visual consistency and usability of client- facing products. The system comprises a set of reusable components that serve as a framework for future design projects.
● Implemented accessible design principles, such as proper color contrast, keyboard navigation, and screen reader compatibility, to ensure compliance with WCAG guidelines and enhance the overall usability of the product.
● Used Figma to create designs based on components and created user flows to understand the user journey to achieve the end goal.
● As the only designer involved in this project, I took ownership of all aspects, including generating and implementing all ideas, changes, and updates.
Best Buy, Remote - User Experience Designer September 2021 – April 2022
● Worked on a project in the retail industry and used Figma to create low and high-fidelity wireframes, storyboards & clickable prototypes.
● Created storyboards to help visualize the flow of using the website to help the selling team.
